The Leitai MI3 infrared temperature sensor represents a new generation of performance and innovation in continuous non-contact temperature monitoring, and is widely used in OEM applications and manufacturing processes. The MI3 infrared thermometer is a temperature measurement system consisting of a miniature sensing head and an independent communication electronic system. The miniature sensor head can be installed in any system and performs better than larger volume sensors, making the Leitai MI3 a leader among infrared temperature sensors in the same class.
The MI3 designed for OEM can directly communicate digitally with the host controller without the need for an additional communication box.
The innovative design of 8 sensing heads, which can be independently addressed, reduces the cost of infrared temperature measurement, simplifies the failure rate of temperature measurement settings and scheme implementation, and has lower measurement point costs.
The MI3 series products currently offer a kit for digital communication using standard USB interfaces that can be easily installed on DIN rails, as well as options such as RS485, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, PROFINET, and Ethernet. The DIN installed new communication box supports up to 8 heads and provides 4 independent analog outputs.
