By continuous infrared monitoring, each brick in the kiln is imaged in real time, thereby preventing high costs caused by downtime and prolonging equipment operation time. The CS400 rotary kiln thermal imaging system is designed specifically for harsh kiln environments and is an integrated solution. This device can monitor rotary kilns and detect abnormal hotspots, helping your team avoid high costs and unplanned downtime caused by kiln damage.

Support monitoring of multiple kilns
New feature, can be equipped with ThermoView TV40 thermal imager (additional optional)
New feature, can be equipped with infrared pyrometer (including Mi3 and Endurance series), can achieve monitoring of combustion zone and shadow zone (additional optional)
Analog and Digital I/O (Wago)
Hotspot detection has high resolution and can be detected "accurately to every brick", even for shadow detection activities without obstruction
Product Parameters
The control software is specially designed for the CS400 rotary kiln thermal imaging system, relying on standard Ethernet ports. The graphical user interface of the software is designed specifically for kiln applications, making setup and application particularly convenient, with almost no need for operator training.
After completing the settings, the software can provide a thermal image of the entire kiln shell surface, and users can check the attention area in detail through the zoom function. The temperature range and zone alarms can also be easily configured in the software, and other information such as combustion zone temperature, cycle time, and internal temperature of the scanner are displayed in the status bar to show the entire system status without switching screens.
Additional software options allow users to control and track kilns and refractory materials through their built-in refractory material management database, and view them in real-time 3D view.
